Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Online Courses

All online course enrollment fees are non-refundable. Upon purchase, course access is immediately granted and remains active for 90 days. If the course is not completed within this timeframe, a one-time extension of 30 additional days may be granted.
 
If the course has not been accessed within 90 days, it may be transferred to a new participant, provided the request is made within 120 days of the original purchase. If no extension or transfer request is made within 120 days, course access will expire, and a new purchase will be required to regain access.
 

Instructor-Led Training

Instructor-led training sessions are eligible for a refund up to 10 days prior to the course start date. Enrollment transfer requests may be made anytime prior to the start of the class start date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the course will incur a $200 cancellation fee. The remaining portion of the enrollment fee is refundable or may be applied toward another instructor-led class or online course(s).
 
Hirsch reserves the right to cancel an instructor-led session. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to notify participants at least 10 days before the scheduled start date. If Hirsch cancels the class, the enrollment fee will be fully refunded; however, Hirsch is not responsible for any additional costs or fees incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
 
For onsite training sessions, a purchase order is required to secure the scheduled training date, and invoicing occurs once the class begins. Onsite sessions are non-refundable.

For any billing inquiries, please contact us at training@hirschsecure.com. In the event of a billing error, Hirsch will promptly issue a refund if applicable.
