Two microcontroller configurations are available for limitless smart card integration potential: an In-System Programmable Flash on QFN64 form factor or One Time Programmable ROM on QFN16 chip.

 

uTrust 2100 R Microcontroller

  • Self-clocking internal oscillator, no external oscillator required
  • 5.0 V supply input with built in voltage regulator
  • Internal voltage supervisor for 4.8V
  • Low power consumption
  • Small size QFN-16 package

uTrust 2190 F Microcontroller

  • Ideal for keyboard integration, supports full sized keyboards plus Copilot
  • High Performance, Low Power RISC CPU
  • 64K Bytes of In-System Programmable Flash with Endurance: 10,000 Write/Erase Cycles
  • 4K Bytes EEPROM with Endurance: 100,000 Write/Erase Cycles
  • 4K Bytes Internal SRAM
  • ISO7816 UART Interface
